The civil rights era is slowly coming to a close as indicated by the passing of Ms. Rosa Parks. She did not sit down for civil rights nor the current practice of African American rights i.e. multi-culturalism. This lady was physically and mentally tired, along with being fed up with the crap of using race to maintain a system of racial diversity--segregation. This diversity legally denied equal access to some Americans on the grounds of racial make up. The majority of the leaders and people of that era were for equality with their fellow white citizen. The cry was for one America, one that would make the words of Dr. King’s dream a living reality. Ms. Park, Dr. king and many others both white and black fought to eliminate the practice (s) of using some non-essential attribute specific to a particular group in determining the value of any person or group. Ms. Park's actions expressed in will what Dr. king declared in speech and the founding fathers pen into words—that we Americans are free.

The founding father wrote that all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights and that among these are the right to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness. Rosa Parks refusal to give her seat to a white man was not because of his color but the essence of human freedom.

Ms. Park's spirit of determination to be free inspired Dr. King to carry that action of essence to the steps of the capitol with his I have a dream speech. In that speech Dr. King revealed the fundamental, which the essence of Ms. Park’s action and the word of the founding fathers rested on. That fundamental being embodied in the words that he dreamed that one day his four little children will live in a country where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but the content of their character—ability.

In an attempt to rid all Americans of the desire to practice the inherent evil of segregation in his day, multi-culturalism today, Dr. King reiterated verbatim those sacred word held so dear by the founders of our great country. He spoke in prophetic fashion saying that he also dreamed of the day that America, and I add Americans, would one day live out the true meaning of their creed; we hold these truths to be self evident… With her action that day Ms. Parks made a reality that only ones character can serve as the universal standard to judge mankind. Ms. Parks wish to be rid of race and other non-essentials as the standard of what it meant to be an American. It is an insult to the legacy of Ms. Parks to see the widely accepted practices of multi-cultural diversity—neo-segregation-- as witness today. Such practices as African-American, Italian-American, Hispanic-American, female-American, -Americans etc. do not and can not capture the essence of Ms. Parks actions that day nor do they rest on that universal fundamental spoken of by Dr. King. Ms. Parks action of essence rejected the opinion that she be measured as a woman, black, African-American etc. Her action demanded that she be judged by the highest standard available to mankind--character.

She is dishonored in death to be celebrated as merely a civil rights leader or icon. She was much more. She was the person, out of all of the millions of Americans at that time, who embodied, in her action that day, the power of Dr.King’s fundametal—the content of character over the color of skin. With her actions she hung in the halls of history the righteousness and truths pen by the founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence.

If American truly wishes to honor this great individual and other like her for the life they lived and the legacy they left behind it is the practice of promoting our non-essential differences as that which defines us as a nation, culture and a people. Ms. Park's life stood for one nation of equals, one culture(American) and one people—all Americans.

This sleight of hand is but an illusion.

What about California voters and this gay rights ban on marriage? Protests are popping up all over the country. One thing that might be hindering the acceptance of gay marriages is what lies hidden deep within the gay rights struggle. Buried deep within the struggle for gay rights is the deception of transsexual identity. This flaw in the struggle exist because those who are openly gay have allowed a legitimate struggle for equality to become entangled with the will of some among them to openly practice deception under the protection of gay rights. Traditionally gays seek the companionship of those of the same sex , males with males, females with females. There is no illusion in such a relationship for they are not pretending. They are homosexuals seeking company with other homosexual. No heterosexual should have any problem identifying them. But in the case of the transsexual revolution it is the symbol of success to create their illusion. In today’s culture of acceptance without identity legitimacy of the gay struggle for equality has become the stage for a sleight of hand call sexual re-assignment. Many individuals especially those who are physically male are choosing to have sexual re-assignment in order to live openly, they say, (as they really are, female). They claim that feeling female make you female. what one thinks they say is what they are in reality. They reject any notion that ones physical make up determines who they are and is primary to what one thinks or feels. No matter how many or what kind of physical alteration they may endure their genetic structure remains unchanged. In recent times after sexual re-assignment many of them desiring to add legal authenticity to their deception, turned to using passports rather than their birth certificates to show proof of identity. They choose the passport because it only requires that they possess the appearance from the waist down of a male or female to be legally considered one or the other. The birth certificate which they hasten to avoid, forbids such prima-facie identity in favor of the de facto standard of identity, ones genetic make up. With these latter two points in mind it become overwhelming obvious that transsexuals are not seeking identity but seeking to deny it. This philosophical position claims the primacy of consciousness over the primacy of existence and is as old as man. If this be so, that what a person thinks is what is real, then one only need to claim themselves as pope and adorn the appropriate attire and it will become a fact of reality.

We may only hope that those in the gay rights movement will one day reject out of hand any notion that deception of this sort or any other has a place in their struggle for equality. Never in the struggle for gay rights have gays demanded that mankind deny what their eyes show them. When we see a gay person male or female they don’t deny that they are physically what they are, they only ask that their sexual preference for those of the same sex be recognized. Unlike gays the transsexuals desires the establishment of the right of deception under the umbrella of gay rights.

Regarding O.J by Mike Lee

None of us, who believe in equal justice for all, would deny that the spectacle of justice in the first trial of OJ Simpson was anymore than shameful. Nevertheless it was not without merit in our judicial process. Despite the bitter taste it might have left in our mouths, jury nullification is part of our legal system. It is a tool that jurors have at their disposal. It is design to counter judicial bias against a defendant. In this case a majority of black jurors along with a few sympathetic white jurors chose to invoke this powerful tool. It was not that OJ deserved such a break, God knows that he was guilty as hell; but with the alarming number of young blacks going to prison , African Americans unadvisedly decided one thing had to do with another and enough is enough. Therefore they decided to set a guilty man free.

In response to this morally outrageous act from 13 years ago the backlash occurred and has finally reach it conclusion. At 61 years of age OJ Simpson has been convicted and given a virtual life sentence of 13-33 years in prison. The judge went to great strides ensuring us that this sentence had nothing to do with what took place in the first trial. If you were from mars and had no prior knowledge of the outcome of the first trial you might be obliged to believe her. On the other hand for those of us pro or con OJ, there is no doubt that this trial and its sentence was about nothing but get OJ. A concerted effort to institute the practice of “ by any means necessary” has been in place for over a decade. The cry went out that day “ God damn the process of justice get it any way you can” by hook or crook. This sentiment was highlighted by the comments of the Goldman family following the trial. Despite the good judges effort to refute any coming charges of bias it was blatantly obvious that vengeance is mines was in full play. Ask yourselves who tapes a robbery? The average African American male life expectancy is about 65-68 years of age. Doesn’t this sentence equate to a virtual life sentences? Taking into consideration the OJ age doesn’t it seems that the good judge sought to put OJ away for life by giving him a sentence befitting a crime of murder and not robbery? Those of us who believe in equal justice for all can not deny that the spectacle of justice in this second OJ Simpson trial, for robbery and using the threat of deadly force, is in a word shameful. The future of America depends on a youth who possess a thirst for justice for all founded on our sense of judicial fairness and guarded by the checks and balances within the system. African Americans must learn to become willing participants in the judicial system rather than act out of the frustration of the moment. They must not allow a guilty man to ever go free again. White Americans on the other hand must recognize that acts of covert vigilantism can not be hidden from sight and do nothing more than fan the fires of mistrust between the races for generations to come and a permanent distrust of our judicial process. They must remember that It is far better that a guilty man go free than we allow our judicial system to be reduced to a system of personal vigilantism.

Human rationalism and myth of genetic equality.

The current standard for measuring human intelligence is based on ones performance in the abstracts independent of the physical realm. This has regretfully resulted in one class or another being labeled as inferiority. The stigma of human inferiority is the result of a standard for measuring human intelligence that is based on abstract reasoning.

In the past this stigma served as justification for the sustenance of slavery and the validation of the holocaust. Today such stigmas are immediately meant with outrage. Since the civil rights movement a compromise on the question of who is to be considered inferior and who is to be considered superior has been reached. Despite what there ears and eyes show them, Americans have blindly accepted a middle ground, genetic equality . One of many attempts to redress the wrongs of chattel slavery in America was the acceptance of this compromise. The compromise of genetic equality rest on a religious dichotomy of mind and body. The jest of this assertion suggest that mind or soul is independent of the physical body. It merely inhabits this physical temple. One does not need to be a geneticist to see that genetic equality is a myth. It is open to the naked eye that some men are inferior or superior to others in some particular way. It is equally apparent the quantitative and qualitative domination of certain racial groups in particular human endeavors is fact. The NBA is approximately 85% black and that not an anomaly of environment.

From the declaration of independence to civil rights era The greatest flaw in western thought, was not that of assigning intellectual inferiority to men of different races but denying it existence in all races. According to Dr. James Watson, advances in genetic testing are disproving mental equality. New testing method according to Dr. Watson, are beginning to confirm that intellectual inferiority is more fact than fiction. At a recent interview given in Great Britain, Dr. Watson attempted to restart the conversation on intellectual prowess . He believes intellectual equally among the races is a myth of human rationalism. Mr. Watson hinted in a recent interviews that we may believe what ever we want, but soon advances in testing will prove that inequality is a fact not only in the physical realm but also in the mental realm. Many brave souls, like Dr. Watson, have been crucified along the road towards the intelligence debate. They were not Hung there because they were proven wrong, but that they dared to challenge the myth of genetic equality. \

Science and math currently are held as the standard for measuring intellectual superiority as opposed to adding other fields of endeavor such as sports or music, the arts. . The actions and accomplishment of men are not possible in any endeavor without the full integration of their particular mental realm with their physical realm to such endeavors. Men of ability from Einstein to Jordan have and continue to demonstrate to us daily that the check on their intellectual potential is the actualization of their thoughts as seen in the thing they have accomplished in the physical realm. Dr. James Watson is one of no surprise if you think about it. Dr. Watson is the famous DNA helix discover or member of its team. He has now written a book titled “avoid boring people”. In a recent interview he stated that he feared for the Africans because test in the area of DNA are showing that the Africans are genetically inferior to those people of western society I. e . white people. With out reserve black Americans, liberal whites and even conservative whites across the country condemned this man. In Great Britain his speech was canceled and for what because he dared to question or bring to the table of human debate the issue of who’s smarter than who. He offered a suggestion that western society should act with reserve when generating policies concerning the inferior. Instead of actually debating the possibility of this the west chose to dismiss the notion out of hand.

But what if this were found to be true? What would that mean in the world of men? Suppose that genetic science revealed that it is a fact that the majority of blacks were inferior to the majority of whites in the areas of abstract reason. Would that mean that whites were superior in all areas of mental function? Would it mean that such a discovery carried with it a corollary discovery that blacks were superior to whites in the areas they currently do well in i.e sports, the arts etc . Would that say that no whites excel in these areas and no black excel in the areas of abstract reason? No!!

It would mean that we would have a validation of what many had suggested and were persecuted for, throughout the past in America. Jimmy the Greek years ago said that during the time of slavery blacks were breed to be genetically superior. Sometime after this, Paul Horning, the coach at Notre Dame, urged the university to recruit more black athletes by lowering it abstract knowledge standards for enrollment if they wanted to win. Then came Rush Limbaugh, the conservative talk show host who worked for ESPN, where he stated that a black professional quarter back in the NFL was no more than an affirmative action quarterback. Even the coach from Air Force university said the negro players were superior to the white players. During a game in which negro players were running over his mostly white team this coach exclaim to his demise that he need to get more negro’s on his team if they wanted to win. Did any of these comment say that whites or some whites were not able to play just as well if not better then blacks? No. It merely pointed out the negro’s possession of genetic superiority in mass concerning this particular human endeavor.

What Dr. Watson said about blacks and intelligence is not the problem. The problem is the concerted effort to keep an honest discussion of this issue off the table of debate. On the surface they have condemn this man and any others who dared to challenge the current thinking on blacks and intelligence. It is nothing new to here someone usually white or should i say always white say that blacks are pound for pound genetically inferior. In like manner it is no surprise to see even the scientific world call for silence their immediate condemnation.

The current popular reasoning on this question is that all men are equal when it comes to intellect regardless of what our eyes may show us. Concerning the matter of intellect, popular opinion side with the view that the mental realm is completely separate from the physical realm. The supporters of this view hold that men must be equal on the mental realm to avoid future travesties like the holocaust of the Jews or the slavery of blacks. It is believed that even the mention of an in equality in the realm of intellect suggest that some are not human.

It is never ask what the standard for intellectual superiority and inferiority is. Education, as demonstrated thru out the world, is centered on abstract reasoning when it comes to intelligence testing. It is a fact that Einstein was a genius, because of his accomplishments in the area of physics. No one has ever ask was he a genius in every area of human endeavor? For instance was he just as smart when he reasoned in English, history, etc . If he wasn't then does this suggest that he was superior in one area of human reason and inferior in another?

Just as we can look at Michael Jordan who was, pound for pound, the greatest basketball player to ever play the game. Are we to believe that his ability was merely physical devoid of a complex mental processes equivalent to that of Einstein in physics? Does reason suggest to us that Einstein could do what Jordan did on the court. We know that even on a good day, he could never have done that. Is Jordan to be considered a monkey with a ball turning tricks for paying onlookers? Or should we resolve that there really is no dichotomy between mind and body. After careful contemplation isn’t what Jordan did in basketball equivalent in mind body integration to that of a level which rivals or maybe even surpasses that of Einstein? Einstein could have probably calculated what Jordan did. But never in a million life time would he be able to do it himself. Imagine driving towards the basketball hoop with a bouncing basketball past 3 to 5 men spinning 360 degrees while passing a ball behind your back ending in just the right position in mid air at the right height to slam that ball into a 10 foot high basketball hoop. Never has anyone ever heard of a monkey doing that. what this brings to mind is a terrible flaw in the thought of western culture and black thought on the question of what constitutes a proper standard for determining who and what is intelligence. Is the standard o f intelligence to be only for those who excel in the abstracts? What about Beethoven and others? What about all the others who have excelled at other endeavors of human achievement. Are we to think that their minds were not essential to their accomplishments in the physical realm of existence?

How much is enough?

To make an informed decision about voting, how much knowledge about our constitution is required? Many times during this past presidential election, conversation after conversation, the reasons given by most blacks concerning why they were going to vote for now president elect Obama lacked any consideration of the constitution. It could have been counted on one hand the number of black folks that would even fathom considering it. Opinion carried the day in these discussions. Some dismissed the constitution as old fashion and out of touch with modern reality; others demanded that blacks be allowed to interpret the constitution as they pleased. When ask why, they replied “white men did it for 43 presidents it is our turn”. This, turn about is fair play, mentality which is pervasive today among African Americans feeds the fires of self destruction rather than lighting the torch of liberty. If the children of America are to have a future filled with freedom and prosperity it can not be achieved through fostering constitutional illiteracy.

Historically constitutional illiteracy led to the perverted practice of using literacy test to deny African American citizen the right to vote. With the end of legalized Jim crow came an 180 degree turn of thought, on the subject of constitutional literacy. Establishing a rational objective standard to measure the citizen preparedness for voting on the issues became anathema. Americans now trust that their brethren are innately endowed with enough constitutional understanding to make an informed decision , of who should fill the governmental office (s) in question. When ask how they obtain this innate knowledge the halls of reason ring silent. With the plethora of campaign promises and media spin on those promises, Americans now need more than ever a litmus test. A test to weigh those political promises spun by the media. Even more importantly, a constitutional literacy test acts to safe guard our liberty from government usurpation of power and just as importantly protects us from a press which strives by means of conversational illusionism to blind it viewers from the usurpation of power being performed before their vary eyes. A constitutional literacy test at this stage of the game would focus the American citizen on the constitutional qualifications required for the position which the prospective candidates are asking to be elected. It would restrict political parties from making the type of outlandish promises we have all heard in this recent election. No longer would the various news Medias, both small and great be able to exploit these political pufferies with pronunciations of conflicting contrariety intended to fester contradictions in the mind of the voter. . Such conversations leave the American viewer more confused about the issues than ever. This reminds us of what Thomas Jefferson once said “The man who reads nothing at all knows more than he who reads the news paper”.

A constitutional literacy test, is a natural barrier to the rule of ignorance which our modern day political parties depended on.. Such a litmus test would bar candidates from espousing political promises of change and reform which would violate our constitution, thus contributing to the dissolution of our liberties. Such a test would require new voters to gain extensive knowledge of our constitution, the bill of rights and the whole of the remaining amendments. With this level of knowledge in the minds our youth the doors of reason and the doors of common sense would be flung wide open to the ball room of debate. These debates will protect us from the shifting sands of belief, thus planting the minds of our future in the fertile ground of knowledge.

An in depth knowledge of our constitutional documents is our foremost guard, protecting and preserving that which we all, regardless of our differences hold sacred; our life, liberty, property and pursuit of happiness.

Those of us committed to protecting all Americans, rich and poor, black and white, male and female, young and old from being deprived of equal protection under the law are compelled by love of country to embrace the call of necessity for a Constitutional literacy requirement. The willful refusal of our politicians, regardless of party affiliations, to follow the constitution along with that of our news media to hold their feet to the fire of constitutional compliance, is that which now compels the candid mind to demand the institution of a Hydra to guard us from political thievery. Let us loose this Hydra, a constitutional literacy test requirement for all federal, state and local elections.
